The ribbon cutting

Wendy’s was opening in Australia for the first time. As its official beverage partner, Coca-Cola wanted to build anticipation and celebrate the pairing that just makes sense: burgers and Coke. Before the ribbon was cut, we got there first. We quite literally tied the two brands together, turning the ribbon into the idea. It spread across news and social, building hype and drawing a 1km queue on opening day.
